Talos Energy's management team has built and sold two previous private equity backed companies - Phoenix Exploration and Gryphon Exploration - and in each instance delivered significant returns to their investors. As a cohesive group working together for over a decade, the management team has a track record of enhancing mature fields by using innovative techniques to develop a valuable portfolio of investment opportunities that results in a significant exploration and production company.

Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc. is a worldwide leader in the fabrication of drilling and production platforms, as well as other specialized structures used in the oil and gas industry. Through our four integrated subsidiary companies, Gulf Island provides clients with a full range of design, construction and maintenance services, all from four adjacent fabrication yards located in Houma, Louisiana. These services include the fabrication of offshore and inshore platforms, living quarters, electrical buildings, process vessels, skids and small modules, as well as painting and sandblasting of existing structures, offshore hookups and vessel repair.
