He knew there had to be a better way to shop for and sell insurance. Philip then decided to become his own boss. Establishing an independent agency, however, proved challenging. After years of building relationships with top insurance companies, Phil envisioned this new and better way for agents to gain market access. Once he secured multiple carrier relationships, he saw the need for full back-end support.
