Key Responsibilities:
M&A Technology Integration
- Execute technical integrations associated with mergers and acquisitions across enterprise systems and infrastructure
- Support Day-1 readiness and Day-2 integration activities for newly acquired organizations
- Perform tenant-to-tenant migrations across cloud platforms including Microsoft 365
- Assist in consolidating acquired company environments into the firm’s enterprise technology architecture
- Coordinate integration activities with internal teams including Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, and Enterprise Applications
- Document migration processes, integration playbooks, and standard operating procedures
Data Migration & Platform Consolidation
- Execute migrations of data between enterprise platforms including file storage, document management systems, and business applications
- Support migration and consolidation of collaboration platforms such as:
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- File servers
- Document management systems
- Assist with CRM and application data migrations where required
- Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation following migration activities
- Coordinate migration activities with vendors and migration tool providers
Identity & Tenant Consolidation
- Support consolidation of identity and access environments during acquisitions
- Assist with migration and configuration of:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- Manage user provisioning, domain migrations, and directory alignment
- Assist with SSO and identity federation integrations where required
- Support domain cutovers and email routing transitions
Systems & Application Integration
- Support integration of applications through SSO, APIs, or data pipelines
- Coordinate with vendors and internal application owners to ensure successful onboarding
- Assist in decommissioning legacy systems once integrations are complete
Migration Tooling & Automation
- Utilize migration tools to execute system and data transfers including platforms such as:
- ShareGate
- BitTitan
- MoveBot
- Native Microsoft migration tools
- Assist with scripting and automation to streamline migration processes
- Monitor migration performance and troubleshoot migration issues
- Maintain logs and documentation of migration activities
Documentation & Process Development
- Maintain detailed documentation of integration procedures and migration playbooks
- Support development of repeatable integration frameworks for future acquisitions
- Assist in developing checklists, runbooks, and migration templates
- Participate in post-integration reviews to identify process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience in systems administration, cloud administration, or enterprise technology operations
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience performing tenant migrations or large-scale system migrations
- Strong understanding of:
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint/OneDrive
- Experience with data migration tools or platforms
- Familiarity with identity management and access provisioning
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting M&A technology integrations
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as:
- Salesforce
- Document management platforms
- Portfolio management systems
- Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate, BitTitan, or MoveBot
- Experience with PowerShell or automation scripting
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs or SSO

Travel

Impact of the Role
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that newly acquired organizations are integrated smoothly into the firm’s enterprise technology environment. Pay Information
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Illinois. The pay range for this position is $100,000 - 130,000 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible.
- This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
