Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and coordinate marketing requests, validating scope, objectives and business requirements with various business units.
- Support the seamless delivery of marketing requests and projects through our workflow management processes, and manage communications between all stakeholders, including sales, legal and compliance departments.
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of collateral such as brochures, two‑pagers, presentations, and case studies, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Work closely with subject‑matter experts and internal partners to gather information and translate it into clear, compelling marketing content (blog articles, white papers, etc.)
- Manage content calendars and assist with organizing and scheduling marketing content for Corient's website and social media channels
- Maintain brand assets and corporate templates while also overseeing the governance of intranet collateral and content, ensuring teams have the most current and approved materials.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing department’s daily operations.
- Collaborate with design teams or external vendors to ensure visual assets meet brand standards and project requirements
Qualifications:
- One to three years of experience in financial services and/or media or agency environment and work cross-functionally between multiple teams. The role will act as the primary creative interface for departments across the business as well as vendors and other third parties.
- Proficiency in French Canadian is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes and how to implement them is a must
- University/College degree in marketing, communications or related field
- IFIC / CSC certification is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working in team environment.
- Ability to connect the dots and envision ‘big picture’.
- Ability to handle multiple projects while making decisions about key priorities.
- Creative with aptitude for design thinking and customer experience.
- Success in managing the delivery of great creativity in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management
- A strong understanding of the media landscape and major trends in the industry.

$56,000-$60,000 per year
. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
