Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals for our rail products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with the engineering team to deliver product features and enhancements on schedule.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the rail space.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the product.
- Lead cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure the product meets quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and customers as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management or Software Management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-enabled SaaS products.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to product challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with logistics solutions serving the North American market.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
