We are now looking for an Accounting Analyst who is ready to roll up their sleeves and build with us. This role is ideal for someone looking to be the backbone of our daily financial operations who loves the 'scrappiness' of a startup and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You should be someone who gets things done with precision, stays organized under pressure, and is constantly looking for ways to grow your technical skills and accounting knowledge.This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from one of our office hubs.
What you'll do:
- Operational Management: Own the end-to-end process for vendor management, credit card reconciliations, and employee reimbursements.
- AP/AR Ownership: Ensure accurate data entry and timely processing of invoices and collections.
- Process Improvement: Identify ways to leverage our software suite to automate manual tasks and increase efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the company to ensure spend is tracked correctly and deadlines are met.
- Quality Control: Maintain a high bar for accuracy, ensuring that all financial records are audit-ready.
What we look for:
- Experience: 1–3 years of related experience accounting (AP/AR accounting focused preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Tech Savvy: You are comfortable navigating modern financial software and pick up new tools quickly.
- Growth Mindset: You want to understand the "why" behind the numbers and grow into a more senior finance professional.
