Job Title: : Software Developer I
Job Location: Remote
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Entry-Level Software Developer I to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic background in software development who is eager to apply fundamental concepts in a professional environment. The Developer I will provide essential support across the full software development lifecycle, from design and coding to debugging and maintenance of critical applications. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern and legacy technologies, including core Node.js, React, Java, ColdFusion, and SQL databases, within methodologies like SAFe, AGILE and SCRUM1.
Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Current U S Citizenship required.
- Experience: 0+ years of professional software development experience.
- Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles 7and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)8.
- Languages: Strong academic/practical proficiency in web development languages including Node.js, React, Java 99999 HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript/jQuery1010101010.
- Database: Foundational knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL) for querying and data manipulation111111111111111111.
- Methodology: Familiarity with modern development methodologies such as SAFe, AGILE, or SCRUM methods12.

Basic Qualifications:
- Software Development & Implementation: Apply fundamental concepts, processes, and practices to design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications and resolve problems with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
- Technical Analysis: Assist in researching, testing, building, and coordinating the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
- Database Interaction: Assist with initial data mapping, integrity validation, and migration tasks2222.
- Write and optimize basic to moderately complex SQL queries for querying and data manipulation3333.
- Collaboration: Consult with project teams and end-users to identify application requirements.
- Documentation: Participate in the development of software user manuals and create two-level documentation (for developers and end users)4.
