We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate AI Engineer to join our innovative team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning principles to solve real-world problems. A key focus of this role will involve developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbots using Python and leveraging cutting-edge commercial platforms like Amazon BedRock and Azure AI services.

Academic project experience is highly valued.Requirements• Design, develop, and deploy RAG-based conversational AI (chatbot) systems primarily using Python.• Work with cloud services, specifically Amazon BedRock and Azure, to access and integrate large language models (LLMs) and related AI tools.• Assist in the entire AI lifecycle, including data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.• Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Maintain and optimize existing machine learning pipelines and RAG systems for performance and cost efficiency.• Document technical specifications, methodologies, and test results clearly and thoroughly.• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

Experience Required

• Experience: 0-2 years of professional or extensive academic/internship experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering is needed.• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is needed.• Academic Projects: Strong academic or personal project experience showcasing practical application of ML/AI concepts is preferred.• RAG/LLMs: Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture is preferred.

Technical Skills Required

Required Skills: • Programming: Solid proficiency in Python for data manipulation and model development.• ML Libraries: Working knowledge of machine learning libraries, particularly SciKit-Learn.• Cloud Platforms: Basic exposure to or strong willingness to learn Amazon Web Services (AWS) (especially BedRock) and Microsoft Azure AI services.

Preferred Skills

• Database: Familiarity with SQL for data retrieval and management.• Web Tech: Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for potential chatbot interface development.• Tools/Concepts: Experience with version control (e.g., Git), cloud infrastructure concepts, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
