The Senior Account Based Marketing Strategist is a strategic B2B marketer who is accountable for developing and executing marketing campaigns that target specific, high-value accounts. This role sits in Enterprise Marketing and partners closely with Sales to build qualified pipeline, acquire new customers, and expand our share of wallet. This role owns strategy and execution for key and strategic accounts in partnership with Demand Sales. You will design personalized, multi-channel plays that create executive engagement, accelerate deal cycles, and acquire and expand key accounts.

Success looks like measurable lift in pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue from prioritized accounts.

What You'll Do:


  • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of ABM campaigns for priority accounts, from discovery to post-mortem.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and AEs to build tailored account plans, buying committee maps, and deal-stage playbooks.
  • Partner with Lifecycle and Performance Marketing to deploy account based orderer campaigns that drive growth within managed accounts.
  • Develop personalized content assets (executive briefs, ROI narratives, microsites, outreach scripts) and select offers relevant to each account’s initiatives.
  • Coordinate outbound with BDRs and AEs, including cadences, meeting kits, event activations, direct mail/gifting, and executive programs.
  • Leverage intent signals to identify in-market moments, refine targeting, and trigger plays at the right time.
  • Manage campaign operations: timelines, creative, lists, and QA to deliver on schedule.
  • Conduct regular readouts with Sales and Marketing stakeholders; document learnings.

What You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience managing Account Based Marketing campaigns and driving pipeline impact in enterprise accounts through personalized, multi-channel programs.
  • Strong project management; able to run complex, multi-threaded campaigns with clarity and consistency.
  • Strong collaboration with Sales; comfortable facilitating account plans and aligning on outreach cadences and talk tracks.
  • Exceptional messaging development; can craft executive-level narratives, value cases, and tailored content that resonates.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable with campaign analytics, attribution concepts, and presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation (HubSpot) for targeting, intent, and measurement.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments; bias toward action, testing, and iteration.
  • Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions
  • Strategic thinking; the ability to see the big picture and develop long-term plans to engage key accounts

The national cash compensation range for this role is $94,000 - $141,000 per year.**Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
