Job Responsibilities
As a QA Lead Engineer for Automation, you will:
Lead a team of manual/automation engineers.Establish, implement, and evolve formal QA processes.Design and develop testing infrastructure (tools, frameworks, reporting).Review design documents and collaborate with developers on test plans.Test software deployed across IoT devices and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).Validate data platforms and machine learning models.Test driver monitoring and assistance algorithms; report KPIs.Handle production queries and ensure application stability.Communicate technical results effectively to diverse stakeholders.Requirements
Education: B.E / B.Tech, M.E / M.Tech with 7+ years of QA experience.Mindset: Detail-oriented, analytical, creative thinker with a passion for quality.Programming: Strong in Python and Shell scripting.Cloud: Experience with AWS or other cloud services.DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub automation.Databases: SQL/NoSQL knowledge; Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.Automation: Experience in automation infrastructure, especially for ML/AI.Visualization: Exposure to data visualization tools is a bonus.We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
