We are looking for a Product Designer to design intuitive, trustworthy, and efficient experiences within Weave’s Insurance and Payments ecosystem. This designer will focus on streamlining complex workflows like insurance verification, benefits checking, and claims management to help small businesses collect faster and more accurately.This position is

What You Will Own
- Design end-to-end user experiences for insurance-related workflows, from benefits verification to claims management.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to simplify complex, data-heavy interfaces into clear, actionable designs.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape the vision and roadmap for the Collect Value Stream.
- Leverage and extend Weave’s Design System for financial and insurance product patterns.
- Conduct user research and interviews with front-office staff and insurance processors.
- Use analytics tools (Pendo, Sigma, etc.) to measure and validate design impact.
- Contribute to design culture through critiques, learnings, and mentorship.
- Ensure quality and cohesion across design handoffs and implementation.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent education).
- Strong UX and visual design fundamentals, especially in complex workflows.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and user research tools.
- Comfort using analytics and research tools (Pendo, Sigma, Maze, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
