The Insights specialism at Ebiquity sits within our Client Success Team.  We find insights in data and make actionable recommendations that will add value to clients. The Insights team does not just present the factual data.  They provide answers to the “So what?” and “Why?”  that empowers clients to take more control of their media investments. As Senior Director, Insights at Ebiquity, you play an essential role in Ebiquity’s success.  You will lead a team of Insights professionals across a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, actionable insights. Your leadership will directly influence our clients’ media effectiveness and efficiency, aligning with our ERA principles and business goals.

Leadership & Strategic Direction


  • Set and uphold standards for insight quality across multimedia solution areas, including media governance, cost, and quality benchmarking.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Group Director, Client Success, and Client Partners to align insights with client business challenges and opportunities.
  • Promote integration of insights across specialists (e.g. linear TV, non-linear video, Search, Digital) to deliver holistic, client-centric solutions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on media trends, value drivers, and Ebiquity’s evolving services within your team and portfolio of clients.

Client Engagement & Delivery


  • Lead high-impact client conversations around media value, governance, and industry practices.
  • Be responsible for overall work quality of your insights team ensuring insights are relevant, actionable, and visually compelling.  In some cases, you will own final deliverables for high-revenue clients.
  • Champion a client-first mindset, ensuring depth, clarity, and relevance in all insights and recommendations.

Team Management & Collaboration


  • Manage and mentor Directors and other team members, supporting their growth through inclusive leadership and career development.
  • Foster strong collaboration between Insights, Client Partners, Account Executives, and other cross-functional teams to optimize workflow, resource use, and timelines.

Innovation & Growth


  • Partner with the Products & Solutions team to contribute to the evolution of services and development of new offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team on new business initiatives, including RFP contributions.
  • Play a key role in ensuring our solutions remain innovative and responsive to industry shifts

We welcome media professionals holding leadership roles in Media Planning & Strategy, Integrated Investment, or Marketing Sciences (Data + Analytics) who have a passion for innovation across the dynamic media supply chain.

  • The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of relevant and progressive professional work experience in client management, managing an internal team, developing client presentations, storytelling through data, and leading by example
  • Leadership roles in omni-channel strategy, insights and/or investment inclusive of all or most media channels
  • Proven ability to create compelling narratives and recommendations that directly impact a client’s business.
  • Leads and inspires innovative thinking; ensures that up to the minute industry developments are woven into our deliverables when relevant
  • Experience planning or executing strategies for large scale Clients (+$300MM+ USD) across all or most media channels with very strong knowledge of industry tech and data tools e.g.  Mediaocean, Kantar, AdIntel, MBox, Alternate Currency & Measurement Partners (ie VideoAmp, Comscore, iSpot, Nielsen), DSPs (ie The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo), the various R/F programs and other advanced Integrated Video tech solutions and 3rd party ad verification partners
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau, MS Office Suite, Comscore, etc…)
  • Experience in new business development / presentation
  • Self-starting, proactive, out-of-the-box thinker driven by the pursuit of excellence to deliver continuous optimization of our practice methodologies and processes.
  • Well established honest, transparent and trustworthy industry relationships
  • Some global client experience is preferred
  • Willingness to travel (roughly 25%)
