- Build, administer, and scale reliable data processing pipelines and workflows.
- Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Support data scientists by making prototypes production-ready and optimizing performance.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models, algorithms, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Improve scalability, stability, speed, and accuracy of data systems and applications.
- Create intuitive data visualization tools, dashboards, and reporting for clients and internal teams.
- Communicate insights and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with modern data tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Python and Scala for data and software development.
- Familiarity with distributed data frameworks (Spark, Databricks) and SQL for analytics and transformation.
- Familiarity with unit tests.
- Experiences triaging bugs/systems issues.
- Experience with modern development practices: version control (git), CI/CD, testing, and automation.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills — able to translate technical findings into business-friendly insights.
