Job Summary:
As Senior Marketing Designer (Visual + Multimedia) at Workit Health, you’ll own the visual identity and design execution across our marketing channels. From paid ads and short-form video to email, social, and sales collateral, you’ll bring campaigns to life with engaging, high-performing creative. You’ll also maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and clarity across every touchpoint.This role sits at the heart of a highly collaborative marketing team and partners closely with Demand Gen, Growth, Social, Sales, and Lifecycle.
You’ll be our go-to expert for brand-aligned design, multimedia content, and visual storytelling—and play a key role in helping more people discover and engage with Workit’s programs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain Workit Health’s brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all marketing channels.
- Design high-performing assets for paid ads, emails, social media, and the website that drive engagement and conversion.
- Create multimedia content such as short-form videos, motion graphics, and onboarding animations to support campaigns and product education.
- Support the website experience through the design and implementation of branded assets in WordPress.
- Contribute visual content for webinars, sales presentations, and member-facing communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing partners (Growth, Lifecycle, Social, Sales, Community) to translate goals into thoughtful, on-brand design.
- Balance and prioritize a high volume of projects, working independently to meet deadlines while staying aligned with strategy.
- Offer light copy suggestions when needed to support visuals, in collaboration with brand and content leads.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in visual or brand design, preferably in a fast-paced, performance-driven marketing environment.
- Please include a strong portfolio showcasing digital ad creative, short-form video multimedia design, and web assets.
- Proficiency in Figma and WordPress; familiarity with video editing tools (e.g. Canva, After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
- Experience designing for performance marketing, with an eye toward engagement and conversion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across teams and channels with minimal oversight.
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, and brand application across mediums.
- Bonus: Experience with email platforms like Customer.io.
