Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.We’re looking for a Contract Talent Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco for a 3-month contract. You’ll be the operational backbone of our recruiting process, ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience and our hiring teams are set up for success.
This is a high-impact role where organization, speed, and attention to detail matter as much as warmth and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
- Own interview scheduling for candidates across time zones and teams, with speed and accuracy
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to create a seamless, white-glove candidate experience
- Track and update candidate progress in our ATS, keeping everything accurate and up to date
- Draft candidate communications and guide them through each stage of the process
- Help coordinate onsite interviews in our San Francisco office, including greeting and hosting candidates
- Assist with recruiting projects such as process improvements, reporting, and documentation
- Troubleshoot last-minute changes and keep everyone in the loop when the unexpected happens
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a recruiting coordination, scheduling, or operations role — preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Strong organizational skills with an obsession for detail and accuracy
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional with candidates and stakeholders
- A service mindset — you love making the experience smooth and positive for everyone involved
- Comfortable working in an evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency with ATS tools (Ashby experience a plus) and G Suite
