Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & People Management
- Lead and motivate high-performing consulting services teams, including direct management of other managers.
- Hire, retain, and inspire top talent while fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.
- Efficiently delegate responsibilities to balance team workload and ensure optimal productivity.
- Serve as the "voice of the department" within Kaleris, representing Professional Services to other leaders and stakeholders.
- Service Delivery & Project Management
- Oversee delivery and implementation of detailed technology solutions for clients, leveraging company products as well as outsourced or proprietary methods.
- Lead and support the rollout of complex enterprise software and the introduction of new service offerings.
- Consistently prioritize tasks with the most strategic impact and drive for desired business outcomes.
- Retain direct oversight of quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Business Development & Customer Success
- Develop, nurture, and expand strong relationships with senior operations and IT personnel at key customer and partner organizations.
- Sell high-quality services engagements that ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
- Regularly communicate the department’s vision, progress, and goals across stakeholders and teams.
- Operational Excellence & Strategic Growth
- Take a collaborative role in managing key Professional Services metrics such as revenue, sales, staff utilization, and profit margin.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies and actions to promote the growth of the Professional Services team and business.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of KPIs, helping steer the department towards operational excellence.
- Organizational Influence & Thought Leadership
- Recognized by peers and senior colleagues as a leader who inspires and drives results.
- Champion best practices, consistent delegation, and proactive workload balancing.
- Inspire teams through clear, regular communication and visible commitment to shared vision and goals.
Qualifications
- Experience
- Over 15 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in direct people management.
- Proven record of successfully managing large teams and leading managers.
- Experience leading organizations through the implementation and upgrade of complex enterprise applications is required.
