- Deal Desk Analysts at Weave develop specialized skills in interdepartmental communication, attention to detail, and setting customer expectations, aiming to proactively support customer success.
- A primary responsibility of a Deal Desk Analyst is to ensure new customers are well-prepared for their onboarding experience.
- A main function of the Deal Desk role is managing and resolving inbound requests from cross-functional teams, including quote amendments, approval workflows, and Salesforce troubleshooting.
- The ideal candidate for this role is expected to be a culture leader, fostering psychological safety, promoting innovation, hard work, and creativity. Additionally, technical proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and Slack is crucial.

What You Will Own
- Ensuring the Customer has a seamless experience and transition from Sales to Onboarding
- Act as quality assurance for sales to ensure all deals moving forward are qualified and prepared customers
- Following team processes to ensure clients success
- Work as a business partner with Sales and Onboarding to triage escalated customers
- Collaborating with other departments in the organization
- Work on projects and initiatives as needed
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- Bachelor's degree OR at least two years of related experience required
- 1 year of outbound sales or customer facing experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
