You'll join the IT Helpdesk team which is part of the larger Corporate IT department. The IT Helpdesk team currently has one other team member based in Dublin and together, you two are the โface of ITโ โ everyone will look to you for help in their daily IT life.Provide support for general IT issues, SaaS tools, and meeting room AV equipmentManage office tasks such as printers, toner, and general suppliesManage access requests to different systemsOnboard new joiners and offboard leaversPurchase hardware such as laptops, mobile phones, and peripheralsMaintain our hardware inventoryTake part in larger tech projectsWrite documentation for our internal tools, how-toโs, and troubleshooting guide
๐จ What Makes You a Great Fit
You have 2-3+ years of professional experience in IT support, preferably in the fintech industryYou are an expert in troubleshooting Apple products, especially macOSYou know your way around productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and NotionYou have experience with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk or ServiceNowYou have experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR or HiBobYou understand concepts such as IdP, SSO, SCIM, and MDMYou have amazing communication and collaboration skillsYou are highly service-mindedYou are fluent in English โ any additional language is considered a plusMust be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbsBased in Charlotte, North Carolina ๐ค
