We are seeking a talented and product-focused AI Engineer to join our dynamic team at social.plus. In this role, you will build our platform’s intelligence layer. You will leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to transform raw community data into actionable insights and revenue-generating products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy production-grade, scalable AI solutions that provide deep insights into user communities, directly impacting engagement, retention, and monetization for the world's leading brands.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Implement AI-driven features that analyze social activity and deliver actionable insights within social.plus.
- Apply various techniques to uncover actionable social insights, such as LLMs, NLP, feature engineering, cluster analysis, network analysis, recommendation, and predictive modeling.
- Conduct experiments and iterative evaluations on live datasets to validate models and refine solutions.
- Develop models to measure the impact of community features, quantifying how these interactions affect customer goals.
- Collaborate with product managers and tech leads to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
- Analyze datasets from in-app communities to generate user engagement metrics, helping brands refine their strategies.
- Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate them into experiments for privacy-centric social analysis, ensuring ethical implementations that comply with data protection standards.
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of building and deploying production-grade solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with frameworks like scikit-learn, PySpark.
- Comfortable with a wide range of machine learning techniques.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- A product-oriented mindset with a focus on building solutions that deliver measurable business value.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiar with social media / advertisement platforms.
- Experience in social analysis.
- Experience in recommendation systems.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and privacy-preserving techniques.
