SUMMARY: Responsible for providing in-depth review and analysis of business systems and processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Coordinates with managers and clients to assess business issues, gathers and defines requirements, and writes effective and detailed business and system design requirements.• Effectively translates business needs into specifications to be used by development staff to create technical designs and programming specifications; assists with design and review of specifications.• Identifies and assists with implementation of business/IT solutions; assists with testing of applications.• Develops business plans that focus on market analysis and technical marketing.• Creates a database to track analysis and information.• Reviews and analyzes customer information; transforms information into specifications to be used for business development.• Reviews and analyzes workforce issues to prevent potential problems; analyzes and reports on employee moral and work ethics.• Defines new data requirements and creates reports to support the requirements.• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 0 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Commitment to excellence and high standards.• Excellent written and oral communication skills.• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.• Acute attention to detail.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Requirements Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, SLDC.• Proven ability to handle meet project deadlines.• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.• Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical specialization.• Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:• Occasionally required to stand• Occasionally required to walk• Occasionally required to sit• Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl• Continually required to talk or hear• Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard• Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds 84000.00 To 114000.00 (USD) Annually
