Core Solutions Platform GMP Lead

What is the purpose of the role?


At Ebiquity, we aim to provide best-in-class solutions that maximise client benefits, improve operational efficiency, and maintain our competitive edge. Our Core Solutions comprise of Agency Selection Management (Commercial), Value Track and Benchmarking. Currently, these Solutions primarily run on the GMP platform.


As the Core Solutions Platform Lead, your main responsibility will be to manage the underlying platform functionality, as well as look and feel of the platform. You will need to collaborate closely with the Solution Leads for Value Track and Benchmarking to ensure that any changes made work consistently across all solutions and do not create a negative impact anywhere. For example, you might work on the implementation of notifications across the whole platform, or on the way that data for charts can be filtered along with the look and feel of those charts.


You will have a secondary responsibility of maintaining the functionality of the ASM (Commercial) solution.


This role demands a proactive approach to solution maintenance, user training, and feature development, ensuring that the Core Solutions Platform delivers a high level of user satisfaction, and that the ASM (Commercial) solution remains robust, differentiated, and valuable to both clients and internal teams.


1.Platform Strategy and Consistency


a.Oversee the design and implementation of Core Solutions within the GMP platform, ensuring consistency with methodologies across them all.


b.Manage the development process with GMP, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.


c.Prioritize development items, ensure that the most value-adding topics are delivered on time, and resolve any conflicting priorities.


2.Internal Communication and Training


a.Act as the primary point of contact for internal Core Solution communications, ensuring all teams are aligned on updates and developments.


b.Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure teams are equipped to fully utilise platform features.


c.Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to ensure ongoing support for users


3.Oversee ASM Methodology and Evolution


a.Lead efforts to maintain and enhance the ASM (Commercial) solution, ensuring it aligns with best practices and remains competitive in the marketplace.


b.Collect feedback and requirements from users, then brief GMP on necessary platform developments for ASM.


c.Collaborate with Activation and Client Success teams to ensure proper deployment of ASM Media Pricing methodologies.


Skills and essential qualifications (or equivalent) 


·       5+ years of experience in media analysis roles within the advertising or consultancy industry.·       Proven expertise in managing tools or platforms, particularly within a global context.·       Strong understanding of media pricing, agency performance assessment, and benchmarking methodologies.

  • Experience in process optimisation, requirements gathering, and training delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across global teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret user feedback and develop actionable solutions.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
