The role includes two in-office days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.Are you a strategic accounting leader ready to make a significant impact? We’re looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Controller to play a vital role in our finance organization.
Partnering closely with our VP Controller, you’ll help lead day-to-day accounting operations and uphold the highest standards in financial reporting accuracy and integrity. This is a high-visibility role that not only oversees a talented team of accounting professionals but also ensures full compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. - Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, billing, and general ledger.
- Assist in managing the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting including consolidation of multiple entities, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.
- Support the annual financial and statutory audits.
- Maintain and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., FP&A, Operations, IT) on financial systems and integration projects.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support
- Identify and lead process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and US GAAP
- Monitor and analyze KPIs or performance metrics to improve finance function.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
Required Qualifications:
- CPA Certification
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
- Experience in ERP system with Oracle EBS preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to identify trends, anomalies and root causes

Salary Range: $127,500 to $156,500What We Offer:
