Our team of highly experienced professionals assists financial executives with their most complex business needs, including Accounting Advisory, Digital Solutions, Financial Operations, IPO, M&A, and Managed Services.As a Sales Professional in our Digital Solutions practice, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative and fast-growing companies, leveraging your network and expertise to drive business growth and client success. Your role will be pivotal in influencing the company's growth and delivering innovative solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build and expand both your personal network and Connor Group's network by engaging with new companies and developing our eco-system.
- Focus on Connor Group's Digital Solutions services, including technology implementation, working with finance and accounting software vendors (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Coupa, Zone, etc.), process automation, technology integration, data & analytics, and AI & machine learning.
- Drive lead generation through your existing and expanded network, as well as leveraging Connor Group's network.
- Manage and drive the sales process, coordinating between different client and CG teams and managing client negotiations.
- Effectively introduce and articulate Connor Group services, explaining their value to potential clients.
- Develop account targeting plans to identify and penetrate target accounts, determining actions to effectively sell to these accounts.
- Leverage prescribed sales methodology to vet, qualify, and discover new prospect engagements.
- Achieve measurable goals such as acquiring a minimum of X new client accounts per quarter and increasing lead conversion rate by Y% within the first year.
Qualifications:
- Track record selling financial or accounting software or software implementation services (ERP experience preferred).
- Network within the finance, accounting, and technology sectors.
- Understanding of ERP software, including implementations, process automation, and data & analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate complex sales processes across multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute account targeting plans.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in sales roles, with a focus on technology or professional services.
