As Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing audit delivery through effective resource planning, capacity management, and process improvement. You will work under the guidance of the Senior European Operations Manager (Resource Director), collaborating closely with the regional Managing Directors. You will report directly to the Senior European Operations Manager (Resource Director) and functionally to the Global Head of Operations, where you will be responsible for aligning resource availability, within the regions assigned, with project requirements to maximize efficiency and billability across the global audit team.
The Resource Manager will proactively drive the planning, implementation, and tracking of local and Global audit programs, within assigned regions, which includes engaging with audits at the proposal stage and forming strategic relationships with both client and agency contacts to avoid process bottlenecks. You will ensure that the client deadlines are met, the projects are completed on time.Typical responsibilities include:

Planning and development


∙        In collaboration with the Senior European Operations Manager/Resource Director, provide strategic input on resourcing and allotment of available resources to the phases of the audit ∙        Proactively engage with agencies and clients at the audit planning stage audit to ensure seamless audit execution∙        In collaboration with the Senior European Operations Manager/Resource Director, engage with client proposals to ensure client expectations and audit execution are aligned∙        Provide evaluation of prioritisation and timing of the proposed project/program compared to active projects/programs∙        Identify potential issues along with associated solutions∙        Making sure that quality standards are met∙        In collaboration with the Senior European Operations Manager/Resource Director, work with Resource Guru and Global WIP to fit the right timings and manage it to fit client needs and team KPIS

Audit planning


∙        Ownership of pre-audit planning phase∙        Ensure correct documentation is in place before audit initiation∙        Global audit allocations to regional MDs∙        Liaising with regional MD's, Audit Directors & Managers to ensure all updates are clear, concise and delivered by the weekly deadline 

Process review


∙        Migrate the assigned regional teams to the European resourcing model∙        Drive improvements / develop automation and process improvement

Sales and ops reporting


∙        Evolution of the focus and reporting on milestones∙        Integration of Salesforce reporting into the project status reporting∙        Drive the integration and utilisation of global resources to optimise capacity globally

Essential:


∙        5+ years of project/resource management experience∙        Good understanding of Contract Audits∙        3+ years of experience with agencies∙        Can communicate confidently at all levels (essential) ∙        Proactively responds to internal/external requests (essential) ∙        Track record in the coordination, planning and execution of projects ∙        Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills (essential) ∙        Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
