About the role and about You:


Zwift seeks an experienced

Sr. QA Analyst


to join our team. As part of our hardware quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring test coverage across Zwift’s family of software and hardware products. You will develop test plans, create test cases for new features and see our end-to-end testing through. You will help influence and acquire the methods, practices, and tools we’ll use to drive how we test into the future.

What you’ll do:


  • Develop and implement test strategies for new features and ensure existing functionality of our Zwift Game, Zwift Companion and compatible hardware is maintained across releases
  • Continually improve test cases to ensure coverage on all Zwift software products
  • Craft detailed and concise test reports and bug reports and feedback to development, product managers, customer support, and senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to create detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications
  • Identify, source, define, and implement useful, specialized tools and/or methods to benefit process, automation, and reporting

What we’re looking for:


  • 4+ years working in Quality Assurance
  • Basic understanding of communication protocols for connected devices (e.g.: Bluetooth, ANT+, WiFi)
  • Experience in troubleshooting connectivity issues (e.g.: dropouts, latency, interference) across multiple platforms/ operating systems 
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience using JIRA and test case management tools (e.g.: TestRail, Testmo)
  • Deep understanding and experience in QA methodologies, tools, and practices
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable ability or experience

Bonus points:


  • Experience in writing test scripts (Python, Java or similar)
  • Experience in testing microservices
  • Passion for cycling, running and/or fitness
