Beast Code began in 2014 as a small group of friends with a dream to transcend the traditional defense solution paradigm. Today, we are a workforce of approximately 200 beasts headquartered in Fort Walton Beach and driving the next wave of software development and technology on the Emerald Coast of Florida. Account Executive Description

We combine talented Software Developers with experienced Subject Matter Experts to solve some of the most complex challenges in defense, space, and shipbuilding. Our work with the DoD and federal customers results in world-class products that are user-centered and designed to make a lasting impact.We are seeking a motivated and mission-minded Account Executive to join our Business Development team! Ideal candidates will bring prior experience as a Submarine Officer, served VA class EDMC, or a seasoned shipyard engineer.
You must be passionate about building innovative solutions for the warfighter.As an Account Executive, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to forge new relationships and strengthen existing ones across our submarine and shipbuilding customer base. You’ll iterate with customers while collaborating with development teams to discover hard and soft requirements, then manage relationships and interfaces as the team rapidly develops breakthrough solutions at speed. This position requires a sharp, confident team member who follows leads relentlessly, sees obstacles as welcome challenges, and maintains integrity in professional interactions.

You score Bonus Points if you:
- Are a submarine qualified officer or served EDMC with VA class experience while in the shipyard.
- Served on a CSS or TYCOM staff.
- Are a shipyard engineer with experience using TEAMCENTER and/or SHIP CONSTRUCTOR.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must have credentials as a submarine qualified officer with VA class experience within the last year, a served VA Class EDMC, or a shipyard engineer with current public shipyard experience.
- Relocation to Beast Code HQ in FWB, FL is not mandatory if you live in a submarine fleet concentration area or near the WNY.
- Ability to communicate collaboratively across multiple internal departments and external customers
- Able to meet routine travel requirements for conferences, events, and shows. Travel can be expected between 25%-50% of the time
Salary Range:
Account Executive: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 plus incentives and bonus
Other Requirements:
- Due to the nature of our work, it is mandatory that you are a U.S. Citizen and able to comply with Government regulations
- Successfully complete background check and maintain a valid USA driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
- Beast Code is a drug free work environment using mandatory pre-employment drug testing and random drug testing as per all applicable laws
