The Strategic Partnerships team is an integral piece in helping Weave meet and exceed top-line growth expectations. The team is part of the Strategy organization and oversees PMS/EHR integration, product integration, and broader strategic partnerships.
The team works closely with C-Team & VP leadership to identify ways to move the business forward and is involved in major cross-functional initiatives at the company.
- This position will be primarily in-office (4-5 days per week) in our Lehi, UT HQ
- Reports to: VP of Strategic Partnerships
What You Will Own
- Build recommendations for revenue generating opportunities by aligning teams around strategic vision, identifying preferred partners, and sourcing new partner opportunities
- Gain cross-functional alignment by supporting product strategy, negotiating contracts and understanding requirements to implement technology partnerships
- Grow Weave’s ecosystem of partners and manage partner marketplace initiatives
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to optimize partnership performance
- Measure performance and identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships
- Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Lead major cross-departmental projects and manage tasks including: defining project scope, timelines, dependencies, tracking & reporting of key milestones, engaging/influencing project stakeholders
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, sales, product management, or a similar role
- 1+ Years of SaaS experience (preferred)
- Proven experience in aligning others around strategic vision, developing partner relationships and implementing execution plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
