About the role: 


The Photo Producer role is responsible for the success of photoshoots captured for our enterprise clients. They are the project manager for day-to-day Productions, including scheduling resources, booking photographers, coordinating with customers, and final deliverables. The right candidate has a keen understanding of photography/videography and excellent communication skills. They will partner with photographers on delivering to clients all their content needs. They are client-focused, career-driven, and team players. 

What you'll do:


  • Work with photographers to prepare logistics for ongoing and upcoming shoots
  • Work with creative and operations team to understand client needs and expectations
  • Understand different photo/video briefs for our diverse portfolio of enterprise clients
  • Create and track bookings for our enterprise clients from inception to final edits 
  • Brief photographers, answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues for both customers and photographers
  • Ensure the final deliverables to clients meet Snappr quality standards and turnaround time requirements 
  • Collaborate with the creative and operations team to share relevant feedback and insights from the field
  • Create and improve briefing materials for photographers and customers

What you'll need:


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with photographers, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Expert understanding of the photography industry, including principles, concepts,  equipment, and capture techniques.
  • Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, manage workflows, prioritize effectively, and support other team members when necessary
  • Fantastic phone and email etiquette
  • Passion and enthusiasm for exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of US regions and geography is preferred
