We support work life balance.  Role:  We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team and lead the strategy and execution of our affiliate, paid advertising, and marketing communications initiatives.

This role will be responsible for driving traffic, sales, and brand growth across multiple channels including affiliate, paid advertising (CPC, shopping, video, display), social media, email, and SMS.  You will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies while collaborating closely with our Creative Manager to drive subscriber growth and revenue via our owned content and communications channels.  If you are a data-driven marketer with a passion for ecommerce, content, community building, and performance marketing — this role is for you.  

Responsibilities: 


Channel Growth & Strategy  

  • Lead strategy and execution across affiliate, paid, and owned marketing channels. 
  • Develop holistic, multi-channel marketing plans aligned to acquisition and revenue goals. 
  • Identify and test new channels and tactics to drive scalable and sustainable growth. 
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to manage projects and deliverables. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. 

Marketing Communications & Content  

  • Own the marketing and communications calendar, overseeing campaigns from concept to execution. 
  • Partner with the Creative Manager on email and SMS strategy, execution, segmentation, and automation. 
  • Optimize audience targeting, deliverability, and conversion through continuous testing and learning. 
  • Support SEO and content marketing strategy, working with teams to grow organic traffic through blog and social channels. 
  • Ensure brand consistency and customer-centric messaging across all channels. 

Paid Advertising & Affiliate Marketing  

  • Define paid media strategy and budgets with focus on ROAS and acquisition efficiency. 
  • Manage agency relationships and collaborate with internal teams on ad copy and creative.
  • Analyze paid performance and continuously optimize campaigns to meet KPIs. 
  • Oversee affiliate program strategy, partnerships, and reporting. 
  • Identify and cultivate new affiliate and influencer partnerships to expand reach and revenue. 

Performance Optimization & Reporting  

  • Establish and track KPIs across all programs, generating actionable insights. 
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate performance to key stakeholders. 
  • Lead quarterly and campaign-based planning sessions. 
  • Drive a test-and-learn culture, iterating based on data and customer behavior. 

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership  

  • Manage, coach, and develop the Marketing Coordinator. 
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with Creative, eCommerce, Customer Support, and Sales teams. 
  • Champion the voice of the customer in all marketing and communication efforts. 
  • Stay informed on ecommerce, marketing, and industry trends to ensure we remain innovative and competitive. 

Qualifications: 


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with expertise in performance marketing, paid media, and owned channels (Email/SMS/Content). 
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through data-driven marketing campaigns. 
  • Experience in ecommerce, B2C marketing strongly preferred. 
  • Knowledge of Magic: The Gathering or TCG Gaming is a major plus. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into action. 
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience managing agencies, partners, and internal teams. 
  • Passionate about learning, optimizing, and driving customer-first growth.

Job Type / Pay Rate: 


  • Full Time 
  • Exempt/Salary: Range from $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually depending on qualifications, experience and location.
