Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated business development representative (BDR) to spearhead our outbound sales efforts and represent BirdseyePost at industry conferences across North America. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented self-starter with a strong understanding of sales tools and processes. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration in Toronto with opportunities for travel across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales via email and phone to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Research and build targeted prospect lists using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Seamless and Clay.
- Understanding of sales database and lead building tools
- Develop and execute tailored email sequences and outreach campaigns.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
- Attend and represent BirdseyePost at conferences across Canada and the United States to build relationships and drive interest in our platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with broader campaigns.
- Track and report key sales metrics, optimizing outreach strategies based on data.
Requirements:
- Great charisma and drive to succeed
- Minimum 1 year of corporate sales experience (e.g., SaaS, B2B sales).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Clay, and email sequence-building tools.
- Proven ability to generate leads and grow pipelines.
- Exceptionally verbal communication skills.
- Professional references from previous sales roles.
- Willingness to travel frequently across North America - must be able to travel to United States
- Highly organized, diligent and proactive.
