As VP of HR at Honeycomb, you will drive HR strategies that align with business goals, overseeing all HR functions in Israel and the U.S. while working closely with global leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth and business goals both for Israel and the US.
- Oversee all aspects of recruitment, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring a top-tier candidate and employee experience.
- Foster a positive and high-performing global work environment by leading employee engagement, professional development, and retention initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior global leadership on all people-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Lead compensation, benefits, and performance management strategies to ensure competitive and equitable practices.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local and global labor laws and fostering a fair and inclusive workplace.
- Design and implement training and development programs that support career growth and continuous learning.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, embedding them into the company culture.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all Israeli and US employment laws and regulations.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a senior HR leader (VP or CHRO) in a high-growth tech company and a startup environment.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development - both in Israel and the US - Is a must!
- Strategic mindset that can align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing HR teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in an Israeli-US company, managing cross-border HR challenges, and working with both Israeli and US Senior Leadership Team members and teams.
- Knowledge of Israeli and US labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies to support data-driven decision-making.
- BA in Human Resources or a related field is a must, MA/MBA is an advantage.
