Strategic GTM Analyst

The Strategic GTM Analyst is responsible for aligning the strategic and operational efforts of the Go-to-Market (GTM) team. This role involves leading meetings, managing tasks, and fostering collaboration across departments to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include overseeing prospect database growth and lead enrichment processes to maximize sales opportunities. Success is measured by optimizing lead distribution, integrating practice management software data, and meeting deadlines. The role requires strong communication and strategic execution to deliver measurable operational impact.
  • This position is hybrid based out of our Lehi, UT HQ. 
  • This role reports to: Director of  Revenue Operations

What You Will Own


  • Lead Database Growth and Enrichment Initiatives:Design and implement tools to identify and capture net-new accounts using APIs and strategic keyword optimization. Oversee nationwide data scraping efforts to identify SMB contacts and collaborate with Marketing to re-engage closed/loss leads through targeted enrichment campaigns.
  • Support Offshore Team Management:Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to manage an offshore team that enriches CRM data with technographic insights. Oversee the integration and deployment of AI-driven solutions for data collection, including pilot testing, full-scale rollout, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster Interdepartmental Collaboration:Build strategic partnerships with Sales, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams. Collaborate on high-level initiatives such as the yearly database plan, product stand-up meetings, Last Chance Lead management, and lead cleanup coordination.
  • Develop GTM Communications:Create and distribute a monthly GTM newsletter summarizing outbound lead distribution metrics and database progress. Support requests for slides, charts, and visuals to communicate key insights effectively.
  • Manage Special Projects:Lead time-sensitive, high-priority projects that align with GTM team goals and drive measurable impact.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM operations or a similar role (or equivalent advanced education, e.g., MBA).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, and other CRM tools.
  • Experience in creating process documentation and training materials.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

What Will Make Us Love You


  • Previous experience in a GTM Operations role or similar.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools.
  • Experience in the dental industry or managing dental prospect accounts.
