Responsibilities
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of investment managers and companies across private equity, growth equity, and early-stage venture capital through both a quantitative and qualitative lens
- Participate in the investment process, from introductory conversation to term negotiation to deal
- Conduct market research on relevant industry verticals
- Produce research materials, such as due diligence memos, to support investment decisions
- Provide robust support to investment leadership through excellent communication and collaboration
- Assist in the finding and implementation of portfolio management software
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate student pursuing relevant degree (e.g. PhD, MBA, JD, MD) at top-tier university
- Demonstrated coursework or extracurricular experience in finance, economics, or mathematics
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant financial software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to work across multiple internal and external departments and individuals
- Works to see multiple points of view to reach shared objective
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
