Aisera, Inc. in Palo Alto, CA is seeking AI/DS Engineer(s) to develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
Job responsibilities and duties include:
- Work closely with product management, sales engineering, and customer success teams to deliver on customer requirements.
- Collaborate on design projects and code reviews with team members.
- Write scripts, macros, and programs to automate routine analyses and actions.
- Work closely with Data Scientists and collaborate with Back-End/Front-End Engineers to build products and associated datasets for AI driven product needs.
- Handle increasing volumes of data.
- Maintain efficiency and reliability of production of the critical datasets.
- Evaluate and offer the best tooling and process for data access and analysis.
- Provide design and review support to the engineering teams working on data processing.
- Implement data governance and privacy and improve data quality and reliability.
- Develop and iterate on processes, tools, communication channels, and documentation to enable the best possible technical support experience at scale.
- Maintain a strong data-driven culture within the company by interacting with diverse internal functions.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or any related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
Three or more engineering fundamentals –Data structures and algorithms, Statistical analysis, Machine learning algorithms, Data modeling, Instrumentation, Model design/development, Data-driven experimentation, Prompt engineering, Fine-tuning, Experimental design.Coding and software engineering with two or more programming languages (Python, Java, C/C++, SQL)Relational database schemasNo travel.
