Position:
Internet Sales BDC Agent
Location:
Berman Kia, Lincolnwood, IL
Pay: $45,000++ (Base Salary + Commission position)
Schedule:
Monday-Saturday; Sundays and a set weekday off

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound sales and service inquiries via phone and email
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments
- Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Previous BDC experience, required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
