This role centers primarily on civil litigation in Florida state courts. Applicants should have (or be willing to develop) courtroom experience or be comfortable handling court hearings. An active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar is required.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Qualifications
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school· Active membership in The Florida Bar· 1-5+ years of experience as a Florida attorney · Experience in litigation related to real property, construction law, or contested probate is a plus· Strong research and writing skills· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines· Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
