If you design autonomous systems that reason, plan, use tools, and execute complex workflows, we want to hear from you!Role Focus AreasAutonomous Workflows: Designing LLM-driven agents capable of multi-step reasoning, self-correction, and tool manipulation.Multi-Agent Coordination: Building frameworks for collaboration, conflict resolution, and parallel execution between specialised agents.Advanced Prompt Architecture: Implementing techniques like Chain-of-Thought, and Tree-of-Thoughts.Evaluation & Guardrails: Developing rigorous testing benchmarks for agent reliability, safety, and hallucination containment.
Technical Stack & SkillsetsFrameworks: Deep experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.Core Languages: Advanced proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or C#.Models: Hands-on API integration and fine-tuning of OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and open-source models.Infrastructure: Vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus), graph databases, and scalable orchestration (Kubernetes) & container engines (Podman, Docker).
