They're looking for a relationship-driven professional to help grow their presence by working closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, owner representatives, and homeowners.What You'll Do
- Build and develop relationships throughout the architecture, design, and construction community.
- Meet with architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners to understand project goals and recommend customized solutions.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, industry events, and proactive outreach.
- Manage incoming project opportunities while continuing to grow your own pipeline.
- Visit job sites throughout the five boroughs and stay engaged throughout the sales process.
- Partner with internal estimating and operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience from first meeting through project handoff.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience in interior design, architecture, architectural products, building products, commercial furniture, millwork, construction, kitchen & bath, or a related industry.
- A genuine passion for building relationships and working with people.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- An interest in business development, client engagement, and consultative sales.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to develop opportunities.
- Experience working with architects, designers, contractors, developers, or homeowners is highly preferred.
