Construction Manager (Civil) – PV & BESS

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the civil construction activities for Solar PV and BESS projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with design teams to optimize civil engineering solutions for Solar PV and BESS installations.
• Provide technical expertise in civil engineering aspects related to Solar PV and BESS systems.
• Manage subcontractors and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proven experience in civil construction management, with a focus on Solar PV and BESS projects.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work within budget constraints.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in civil construction management, with a focus on Solar PV and BESS projects.
