Director of Implementation

You are a delivery leader who has run complex projects on real construction and industrial sites, and you now want to own delivery at portfolio scale, where your standards shape how an entire segment of projects is executed.The Director of Implementation owns the successful delivery of Company’s technology deployments across a portfolio of concurrent projects. You are the accountable bridge between project execution on the ground and the leadership of Implementation & Service Delivery - leading and coaching Project Managers, setting the delivery standard, and making sure every deployment lands to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and profitability.

This role exists to make the Company’s delivery dependable at scale: predictable outcomes across many sites at once, satisfied clients, healthy project economics, and a delivery organization that gets stronger with every project.

1. Own Portfolio Delivery & Performance• Lead end-to-end delivery across a portfolio or segment of the Company projects running in parallel;• Own the delivery numbers - scope, schedule, cost, budget, and profitability - across all projects in your portfolio;• Set, track, and hold the team to clear delivery KPIs, and step in early when a project drifts• Coordinate resources, manpower, and logistics across multiple sites for efficient execution.2. Lead, Coach & Build the Delivery Team• Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers and site delivery teams;• Transfer best practices and lessons learned so strong delivery becomes repeatable;• Build delivery capability and a bench of talent ready for larger and more complex projects;3.

Drive Delivery Governance & Continuous Improvement• Establish and enforce consistent implementation standards, plans, and processes across projects;• Conduct delivery audits and reviews to safeguard execution quality and commercial performance;• Drive continuous improvement of delivery methods, controls, and reporting;4. Partner Across the Business & With Clients• Own senior client and stakeholder relationships at portfolio level, and lead escalation resolution;• Coordinate closely with Sales, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations to remove delivery blockers;• Translate field and portfolio insight into clear feedback that improves Company’s solutions and delivery model;

• 10+ years in construction or industrial project delivery, including multi-project or portfolio-level leadership• Proven track record leading Project Managers and delivery teams across concurrent projects• Strong command of project controls: scope, schedule, cost and budget, profitability, risk, and reporting• Hands-on experience delivering technology, systems, or infrastructure on active construction or industrial sites;• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Khobar, KSA, with regular travel to project sites across the Kingdom.

Experience on mega or giga projects, or major infrastructure programs• Exposure to construction technology - IoT, RTLS, AI-enabled CCTV, site networks,command centres, or similar systems• Working knowledge of agentic AI and AI-driven field deployment - enough to lead, coach,and set direction to govern AI rollout and adoption across the portfolio• Demonstrated financial ownership across a portfolio of projects• PMP or equivalent project management certification• Track record operating in KSA / GCC construction environments and with regional clients and contractors.

• Single-project managers who have not led a portfolio or multiple concurrent projects• Purely corporate or PMO leaders without direct, on-the-ground delivery accountability• Leaders without real construction or industrial site experience• Anyone looking for a remote or head-office-only position.
