Job Description
This is a full-time remote Senior UX/UI Designer position. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and elaborating our complex design systems, designing consistent interfaces for apps, and guiding them through development implementation. You will also develop hypotheses to improve user experience and collaborate closely with the development team.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio with real projects, including at least one full UX case study
- Proven experience developing and maintaining complex design systems
- Proficiency in Figma and Jira or similar
- Availability to overlap with US working hours (8:00–11:00 AM PT) to ensure effective collaboration with the US-based part of the team
- Strong command of English (B2+) and Russian (C1+) (our technical team is primarily Belarusian, communicating internally in Russian, while documentation and some communication with the US-based team are in English)
Preferred but not required:
- Previous experience in the B2B sector
- A degree in any design field
