# Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship and financial performance of a portfolio of brands across marketplaces.- Develop and execute growth and profitability plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.- Plan, analyze, and optimize campaigns, launches, and promotional activities to meet revenue targets.- Oversee best-in-class product content, including images, SEO, and advertising campaigns.- Conduct ongoing analysis of brand performance and ensure optimization across all ecommerce platforms.- Maintain strong partner relationships and provide timely communication on project status and changes.- Support operational improvements and process scalability initiatives.
# Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; 4-8 years’ experience in an ecommerce role, ideally with marketplace growth responsibility.- Proven track record of managing and growing brands on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon).- Data-driven, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.- Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial skills.- Creative thinker, adaptable, and self-motivated; passionate about continuous improvement.
