Renewal by Andersen, the nation's largest start to finish window replacement company, is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing operations team.As the primary point of contact for our homeowners, you'll build lasting relationships, provide concierge level service, and coordinate each project from start to finish. What you'll be Doing
- Own the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing concierge level service from project kickoff through installation.
- Drive the Process: Manage assigned projects, coordinate with internal teams, and keep every project moving toward installation.
- Solve Problems: Anticipate customer needs, resolve obstacles, and proactively address issues before they escalate.
- Communicate Like a Pro: Keep homeowners and teammates informed through clear, timely updates and coordination.
- Stay Organized: Maintain detailed documentation and accurate project records.
- Stay Sharp: Continuously build your knowledge of our products, processes, and systems.
- Thrive in a Fast Paced Environment: Balance multiple homeowner relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What we're looking For
- Customer First Mindset: 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, account management, hospitality, or a related customer facing role.
- Project Management Skills: Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across teams, and keeping work on track from start to finish.
- Relationship Builder: A natural communicator who builds trust, provides exceptional service, and confidently navigates both positive and challenging customer interactions.
- Organized & Proactive: Able to prioritize competing responsibilities, anticipate next steps, and take ownership of moving projects forward.
- Problem Solver: Resourceful, adaptable, and confident resolving issues while collaborating across multiple departments.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes to homeowners and internal partners.
- Detail Oriented: Highly organized with a commitment to accuracy and thorough documentation.
- Road Ready: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record.
- Bonus Points: Experience in construction, home improvement, project coordination, or LEAN methodology is a plus.
