What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Outbound BDC Agent, you'll serve as an extension of our dealership partners, reaching out to customers and helping create meaningful engagement opportunities in both English and Spanish.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls, sending emails, and text messages to engage dealership customers
- Communicating dealership products, services, and opportunities clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
- Scheduling appointments and creating customer engagement opportunities
- Meeting daily engagement and call activity goals
- Utilizing company-provided technology and CRM tools to manage customer interactions
- Maintaining accurate and detailed notes for every customer conversation
- Participating in ongoing training and coaching opportunities
- Supporting quality assurance initiatives and maintaining communication standards
- Collaborating with team members and leadership to deliver exceptional results
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Previous customer service, call center, BDC, appointment-setting, or sales experience preferred
- Experience using online scheduling tools such as Xtime or Online Service Scheduler is a plus
- Working knowledge of Google Drive and related applications
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
