What you will do
Create a space people are proud to work in
- Maintain cleanliness across offices, working areas, bathrooms, and shared spaces
- Ensure all areas are consistently clean, organised, and ready for use throughout the day
- Follow structured cleaning schedules to maintain high standards at all times
Keep shared spaces running smoothly
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, tidy, and fully stocked with essential supplies
- Monitor and replenish items such as tea, coffee, and sugar as needed
- Support a clean and organised environment that teams can rely on daily
Deliver consistent and reliable service
- Carry out cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal
- Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, and equipment to maintain a professional environment
- Engage with internal teams to ensure their needs are met and standards are maintained
Uphold safety and standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Use cleaning materials and equipment responsibly to prevent damage or hazards
- Monitor the workspace to ensure a safe, risk-free environment for everyone
Take ownership of your work
- Manage your daily tasks with care, consistency, and attention to detail
- Participate in team check-ins and performance discussions
- Continuously look for ways to improve how work is done
What you bring
- A Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
- Some experience in cleaning or maintaining facilities is advantageous
- Understanding of basic health and safety practices
- Knowledge of cleaning materials and how to use them effectively
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
