Monitors, maintains, and controls all steps of the inlet gas flows through the inlet separators, dehydration, recovery, and residue systems ending at the sale meters, and the recovered liquefied petroleum gases to sales
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect equipment for safety problems, leaks, or wear and tear, and make or recommendappropriate repairs.
- Good working knowledge of process equipment including Inlet separators, dehydrationsystem, cryogenicsystemand turbines.
- Able to do light maintenance work; change process filters, grease and oil equipment, replace fan belts,operatemanual valves and general equipmentup keepas needed.
- Good working knowledge of computer programs: Word, Excel, Wonderware, and Email.
- Reviews andmonitorspriorshift, to check for accuracy, daily computerlogand scan process board.
- Records gas volumes and process analyzerreadings, andmakes necessary changes.
- Gauges and records daily tank inventory.
- Monitors andmaintainsprocess readings on daily log sheets (inside and outside readings of entire plant).
- Able to work alone; acknowledging, respondingto, andinitiatecorrections/action to process alarms.
- Monitors andmaintainsall control loops in the plant. Monitors andmaintainstruckloadingarea.
- Drainor recoverfluidsfromcontainmentsto prevent spills.
- Monitors andmaintainssecurity of plant entrances by checking the identification and recording names of visitors.
- Conducts and/or coordinates ongoing maintenance and generalhousekeepingof the plant.
- Procures necessary materials and supplies to complete daily tasks.
- Reads automatic gauges, as specified intervals, todetermineflow rate of gas.
- Monitors andmaintainslogs of meter readings, test results, and adjustments made.

Qualifications:
- Five (5) years minimum gas processing plantexperience, orcertified as a gas plant operator.
- Preferred: experience with gas conditioning and treatment
- Ability to work7 on&7 offschedule, taking callouts as needed.
- Ability to accuratelytroubleshootand solveproblems.
- Ability toestablishand maintain effective working relationshipswith employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
- Ability to accurately perform tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements:
- Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent or any equivalent combination of education and experiencedemonstratingsufficient knowledge,abilityand skill to handle the duties and responsibilities of the position.
