We stand with those who dream bigger, fly farther, and seek to explore the next frontier in the cockpit and operations center. Our Bengaluru team is a core part of our global engineering and operations hub, driving innovation for millions of aviation professionals worldwide.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Integration Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations across a complex portfolio of enterprise SaaS and on-premises platforms including ERP, CRM, ITSM, HR systems, and cloud infrastructure. This is a delivery-focused role with real ownership: you will be the go-to person for integration architecture and execution, working closely with platform teams and business stakeholders to keep data flowing reliably across the enterprise. This role works in close partnership with IT leadership and platform teams in the United States, requiring strong async communication habits and comfort collaborating across time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations across enterprise platforms including Oracle EBS, Salesforce, ServiceNow/JSM, Workday, Okta, and third-party SaaS applications
  • Develop and manage API-based, event-driven, and batch integrations using iPaaS tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or equivalent
  • Own the full integration lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response
  • Produce integration design documents, data flow diagrams, and runbooks that are clear enough for both engineering and business audiences
  • Partner with the Enterprise Architect to align integration patterns with broader architecture standards and governance frameworks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks across connected systems
  • Support platform consolidation and migration efforts by designing transformation logic and cutover integration strategies
  • Participate in vendor evaluations and SOW reviews from a technical integration perspective
  • Contribute to the development of reusable integration assets, shared libraries, and documented patterns for the broader team
  • Mentor junior team members on integration best practices, tooling, and quality standards

What You Bring

Required

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations in a multi-platform environment
  • Proficiency with at least one major iPaaS or middleware platform such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Integration Services, or similar
  • Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven integration patterns (webhooks, message queues, pub/sub)
  • Experience with data transformation, mapping, and orchestration across heterogeneous systems
  • Solid grasp of identity and authentication standards including OAuth 2.0, SAML, and API key management
  • Ability to write integration logic in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Java, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams
  • Strong documentation habits: integration specs, data dictionaries, and runbooks that teams can actually use

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience integrating with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS): REST/SOAP services, database-level feeds, and open interface tables
  • Salesforce integration experience: REST/Bulk APIs, platform events, outbound messaging, and connected app configuration
  • ITSM integration experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management (JSM), or Flexera (SAM/ITAM) including bidirectional data flows and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with Okta provisioning APIs and SCIM-based user lifecycle integrations
  • Experience supporting ERP consolidation, TSA exit programs, or M&A data migration efforts
  • Exposure to software asset management (SAM) data flows and license reconciliation pipelines
  • Experience working in a post-acquisition or multi-entity enterprise environment
  • Aviation, aerospace, or SaaS product company background a plus

Why This Role

You will be joining a team that is actively consolidating platforms, exiting legacy dependencies, and building a modern enterprise application landscape from the ground up. The integrations you build will directly support business-critical processes across ERP, CRM, ITSM, and HR. You will have real ownership, close access to senior architecture and IT leadership, and the opportunity to grow into a broader platform or architecture role over time.
