Maintenance Technician - Daytona at Pegasus Residential

We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician for a multifamily community in Roswell, GA.

This role is responsible for completing service requests, assisting with apartment turns, and helping maintain the overall condition of the community.Responsibilities:

Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
Assist with apartment turns and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
Maintain community grounds and curb appeal
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Participate in on-call rotation
Support maintenance supervisor with daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous apartment maintenance experience required
EPA certification required
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Strong work ethic and reliability
Customer service mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
