About the role
- Lead high priority projects to ensure we achieve our goals
- Enjoy great autonomy allowing you to identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions and execute them
- Report to the management team and collaborate with teams across Teamtailor
- Work on multiple projects in parallel that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions such as sales, marketing, product and finance
About you
- 2-6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment (start-up / strategy consulting / investment banking)
- Track record of being a top perfomer in multiple areas
- Logical and structured thinker
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work
- Get things done, operate fast and are relentless
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Degree in finance, business or engineering from a leading university
