Key Responsibilities
- Manage literature lifecycle: updates, version control, and compliance.
- Maintain metadata and taxonomy for content assets.
- Coordinate workflows between creative, compliance, and production teams (traffic).
- Support reporting for literature distribution.
- Oversee print production workflows (Litho & Print on Demand).
- Manage vendors, specifications, and quality control for printed materials.
- Coordinate logistics, shipping, and distribution across locations.
- Identify and improve workflow efficiencies
Must-have Skills
- Experience with T.M. Storefront (Toppan Merrill) or similar.
- Strong knowledge of print production (paper types, color profiles, finishing).
- Demonstrates ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes, and ability to apply them to work assignments.
- Experience in content governance, taxonomy, or literature management.
- Workflow/traffic coordination experience.
Nice-to-have:
AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
